Do you charge planning fees?
The price you see is the price you pay. All taxes are included, and there are no hidden fees or extra charges.
If you decide not to book your trip, no planning fee will be applied.
During the planning process, we’re generally not able to hold availability for hotels, experiences, or transport. If there’s a risk of something becoming unavailable your local specialist will inform you, and you can choose to pay a deposit to secure it. This deposit will be fully credited toward your final trip payment.
Do you handle accommodation, drivers, and activities?
Yes. We organize every part of your journey — hotels, private transfers, drivers, guides, and experiences.
Can you arrange luxury or private travel?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke, high-comfort, and luxury travel, offering private guides, drivers, and exclusive experiences. We have years of experience and know how to adjust for any budget level, whether that's a standard mid-range budget or at the ultraluxurious level.
Can you plan multi-country Nordic trips?
Yes, we operate across Norway and our Nordic neighbors — Sweden, Denmark, and Finland — and can combine them into one itinerary.
