As CEO and Chair of the Board at Nord DMC, I guide the company’s direction and strategy while staying closely involved in our daily work. I love to travel, learn about new cultures, and meet people from around the world. Hi, I'm Merée. I am an Estonian living in Norway. I first came here to study, fell in love with the nature, and decided to stay. During my time here I discovered a passion not only for traveling but also for sharing the experiences that travel brings. As COO and part of the leadership team at Nord DMC, I am involved in shaping the company’s strategy while staying hands-on with daily operations and supporting our teams across the DMC. My passion for travel started with family camping trips around Europe and grew as I began planning journeys myself. Hey, my name is Sondre. I was born and raised on a farm on the rural west coast of Norway, surrounded by fjords and mountains that sparked my love for nature and exploration. With a background in computer science and software engineering, I enjoy applying a structured and innovative approach to travel by combining technology with my passion for Norway’s landscapes. As CIO and Board Member at Nord DMC, I work with our digital systems, IT security, and business development while staying involved in many parts of the company. My favorite thing about Norway is the freedom and peace you find in its wild and open nature.

Hi there, my name is Fenne. I grew up in a small town in the Netherlands, and in 2022, my boyfriend and I moved to Norway, both ready for a new adventure! It didn’t take long before I fell in love with the country. Norway brought me peace, a strong connection to nature, and a true appreciation for the changing seasons. From warm, light-filled summers to snowy, magical winters. Something that I hadn’t experienced for a long time! In 2023, I joined the company as Head of the Booking Team. In this role, I’m responsible for leading the team that makes sure each trip becomes a reality: from the moment it’s booked to the moment you arrive. It's a position that suits me perfectly, as it allows me to help travellers experience the beauty and atmosphere of this country for themselves.
